Q: What is the NFF?

The Naturally Fit Federation was started so that the athletes and promoters would have a place to compete in drug free competitions without all the restrictions and added cost other federations are charging.  As a Naturally Fit Federation amateur or pro athlete you are able to compete when and where you would like. Also, the Naturally Fit Federation welcomes all amateurs and pros from any drug free federation to join our athletes on stage. If you can pass our test you can compete!

Q: What is considered a Banned Substance?

Naturally Fit Federation (NFF) member athletes, both amateur and professional must undergo and pass a polygraph test at each NFF sanctioned contest in which he/she is to participate (unless a drug waiver form is presented). Urine test will be conducted on all NFF pro qualifying, over-all division winners and all professional division athletes earning a monetary win. The NFF has implemented strict qualifying standards for testing and retesting procedures regarding drug use and athlete participation based on the following criteria: All NFF member athletes must be completely free of illegal performance-enhancing drugs. The NFF bans the following substances and related compounds, their use constitutes grounds for dismissal from all NFF competitions and suspension from membership in the organization for 7 years. Q: Who is eligible to compete?

Open to all amateur athletes who have a current NFF card. You may obtain one at Athlete Check-in Friday evening, or online.  All categories will be represented at The MBF Championships: Men’s bodybuilding, figure, men’s/women’s physique, athletic and bikini. Pro Cards* will be awarded.
*Must be at least 5 competitors in each class in order for Overall winner to earn pro card. 
All overall winners must pass urinalysis.

Q: Are we required to come to Athlete Check-in?

Yes, all competitors are required to come to the Courtyard Marriott SeaWorld between 6pm – 9pm on Friday, March 17th. You will be height/weight carded (if applicable), and will be provided your competitor badge (needed to get back stage) and your competitor buttons.

Q: Are coaches permitted backstage?

Competitors may have one coach/trainer back stage. Backstage pass may be purchased for coach/trainer online or at Athlete’s check-in; no exceptions.  Be sure your coach is wearing badge to access backstage on Saturday. 

Q: Where is this year’s event?  How do I purchase tickets?

This year’s event will be held at the newly renovated Courtyard Marriott SeaWorld, located at 151 and Westover Hills.  You may purchase tickets online at the “Buy Tickets Now” tab, or at the door.

Q: How do I schedule my polygraph test?

If you have completed a polygraph test within the past 90 days you do not need to retest.  You must provide written proof of polygraph test completion at check-in.  All competitors will be able to complete your polygraph test on Thursday March 16 or Friday, March 17 at the Courtyard Marriott SeaWorld Hotel. Please schedule as soon as possible.  Appointments can be scheduled when registering. Fee: $50.00, payable at time of appointment.    Testing room location will be provided the week of the event.

Q: What are the required poses within the NFF?

Each participant will required to perform the mandatory and symmetry poses as required for their class.  The goal of the NFF is to provide each athlete with time on stage.  All athletes have worked hard to get to the stage and we want you to be seen!  If you have specific questions in regards to posing and model walk requirements, you can find judging criteria for posing here :  Judging Criteria
